As per the recent survey the youth smoking has increased rapidly. Kids from school, teens from colleges are doing it daily in a large quantity. Though there is a warning message on the cigarette packet. “smoking is injurious to health, it causes cancer” people still do it without any worries. There are about 7000 harmful chemicals one inhales while smoking. These chemicals is very toxic to your health and others in the surrounding. Youth smoking is becoming a serious concern to the society. So why this young kids start smoking? What are the factors that encourage them to do it?
According to many surveys and studies there are various reasons and factors due to which our young guns start this evil practice. These are some common reasons which affect them to do it.
This is the most common reason that kids, teens and others start to smoke in their early ages. By seeing their seniors, friends, family members they get influenced easily and start doing it. Sometimes many of their friends to convince them by saying “nothing will happen, I am doing it from a long back” lot of them get convinced.

This is one of the biggest myths created all around by the smokers and people start following it blindly. Many doctors have revealed that smoking doesn’t have any effect on stress, its just a buzz created to convince themselves to do it. There various healthy methods to get rid off with stress one should try those rather than this which makes you ill day by day.

This is also one of the common reasons, when kids and teens see their favorite actors doing in movies and TV shows they also start following them. In today’s time social media and other platforms are so active that one gets to know everything about their actor’s lifestyle and they try to follow them blindly. I asked one of my friend how you started smoking, he told “Shah Rukh Khan do it, so I also do it” as he is a huge fan of Shah Rukh Khan.

Many think while smoking, making rings of the smoke and doing various unwanted activities with their friends makes them look cool. But, they don’t know how it is affecting their health day by day. There is nothing fancy and it doesn’t look at all, it’s just killing you day by day, that’s it.
So friends take decisions very wisely life has many better things to do rather than taking a cigarette at a tapri with friends and try to look cool. There are various toxic chemicals you inhale while smoking , which causes serious health issues and make you very sick.
